Hi. It's a nice sunny day. How spend your time today?

I went to a swimming pool in near my home this morning. There are nobaby without me. So it's a such as my private pool. My feeling was very great!

I swimed with freedom for a hour. I swimed like a fish in the sea.

I dicide I go to swimming a per week. Becouse I'm really fat now. I want to decrease my weight that is about 77 kg.

I want to get a good body I want. I will try to do and I continue to do.
